We cancelled our account last year but it got auto-renewed this year despite cancelling it. We emailed them to try and get our money refunded, no response.

Couldn't access the account either. We then on the last day a refund was available had to phone the international service number and was charged by the company £71.75 for what was mostly a 35 minute wait on hold. When we got through to a person they said they didn't know why the money hadn't been refunded and that we would just have to wait. No money came through so we then resorted to NHL.TV's support on twitter, after a conversation with them the refund finally came through but they denied charging for the phone call.

We then got confirmation off the phone provider that NHL.TV had charged us at £1.67 per minute but the Twitter support service still denied it after we provided them with evidence from the phone provider that they charged us.

After 7 days of talking to the twitter support, I am still trying to get a refund for the phone call. Simply awful.
