NHL TV - Beware of Auto-Renewal Policy...Refunds are not allowed
I signed up for a promotion back in 2016 at the end of the year for $5. Long story short, watched a few games and the never used once for the past 2 years.
The apparently have auto-enrolled me for the last 2 years and charged me $140/year, for watching 0 games. The kicker is the policy. Their policy is you have 5 days after being charged to cancel, afterwards they will NOT refund you at all. I check my bank account every month, just noticed this charge and and I'm past the 5 days mark for this year.
Called support and they REFUSE, citing the policy, to refund me.
What kind of company realizes that they are charging you for something you didn't intend to use and then refuses to refund you. Apparently they don't value customer relationships.
Reason of review: Problems with payment.
