I have two primary complaints.

And no, I haven't tried to contact them, this time. Last time, on an account problem it took dozens of tries to get through to anybody. So I am just going to whine and not contact them.

First complaint. Often it just won't connect at all. Just runs a blank screen for five minutes, then crashes. This happens about 20% of the time when I try to watch a game. It has happened 50% of the time during the playoffs.

Second, there is no buffering. The screen goes to low resolution about twenty time a game. Is there some damned reason why they can't buffer content and let it lag for a few seconds? Very frustrating.

And because I need more words, I'll also complain that the user interface is not at all intuitive. Very badly designed.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $50.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I liked: Hockey, Watching hockey from locations away from home.

I didn't like: Poor frame rate while streaming, Failure to launch, Poor video quality.
