I accidentally bought by them recharging me the full years subscription when i had only enrolled in a sample version earlier. This $119 charge came at a crippling time financially.

When i asked for a full/partial refund i was rudely informed i was past the refund date. Thus far i haven't been able to view A SINGLE GAME not only of my team (as of course ALL their games are subject to the media blackout) but any other team for that matter.

This is due to blackouts and/or whatever other reason the service can come up with to not provide this expensive product. Don't make my mistake your own

This is a misleading review. It reviews the company's policies and not the product.

You have two options that I know of here.

You could invest in smartDNS to trick into thinking you're viewing from outside a blackout area so you can watch your home teams.


You could contact your credit card company and say that you were charged for a service that you did not want and have not used.

With things like this, they'll take your side. If not say you heard XYZ card is good about things like this and you're considering switching cards.
